Corded and Cordless Hammer Drills

The hammer drill is a rotary power tool for drilling holes in concrete and masonry. The rotation of the masonry bit is assisted with a percussion or hammer action that increases its effectiveness.

Due to the hammering feature of the tool, hammer drills provide faster drilling with less effort, saving you on worksite fatigue when drilling into concrete, stone or masonry.

In addition, the tool typically has a ‘rotary-only’ option, allowing it to be used as a power screwdriver/drill in routine applications.
